Once we have all the necessary information, we'll then execute on a hyper-targeted recruitment strategy to source the top 50-100 candidates. We will identify top talent by conducting proper market research, tapping into our database of 2,000+ candidates, and targeting your top competitors for talent.
Step 4. We Screen the Candidates
We will phone screen and/or virtually interview each and every candidate prior to sending them your way. If their qualifications and dreams align with yours, we'll schedule you an interview.
Step 5. You Interview the Best of the Best
Now it's time for you to interview. Choose between several A+ candidates and determine the one who meets your dream criteria the closest. We'll coordinate the interviews and keep the candidates engaged throughout the process

The terms of this partnership include no upfront fees or retainers, a contingent and non-exclusive search, and a 90-day guarantee period for the candidate.

We take a project management approach to ensure your hiring goals are met and provide a detailed screening scorecard and summary for each candidate.
This service requires exclusivity and comes with a 180-day candidate guarantee period, with no upfront fees or retainers.
